This price assumes the fan comes off the motor shaft easily or at all.  Price goes up if the  fan blade has to
be replaced.  Most of the time, the blade comes off.  This price also doesn’t reflect the lower speed higher
efficiency or 2 speed fan motors which are usually OEM.  This price doesn’t include capacitor which might
add $30 to 50 to the total depending on size.

the event equipment requires an OEM part or Original Equipment Manufacturer then the prices will be
probably be higher because there will be a trip to the supply house.  Whenever possible, we will use quality
universal repair parts that are kept in stock on the truck and that keeps the cost down.
