7/18/06 "Prompt, on time, & professional service. Excellent man to do business
with."
4/07/06 "In February 2006, my furnace blower motor burned out after 11 years in
service. I needed a replacement installed quickly since the outside temperature
was 21 degrees. I called Star Heating and Cooling. Within 3 hours, Mike had a
new replacement motor and came to the house. He inspected the rest of the
furnace and determined that it was in good shape, so he only recommended
replacing the blower motor and capacitor. Although the new capacitor was still
OK, he suggested replacing it with one that recommended for the new motor. The
capacitor cost was less than $20. The work was done in a professional manner.
We had heat as soon as he turned the furnace back on. He did not charge for an
emergency service fee. "
10/03/05 "I got 3 quotations for installation of the SEER rating I wanted. Star(Mr.
Wallace) was the lowest quotation plus he gave the best warranty (Life-Time
Warranty on the Compressor and 10 year on the Remainder of the System). The
work was preformed professionally and on-time. If, and when, my home's original
furnace needs replacement, I'll use Mr. Wallace and Star Heating and Air
conditioning."
